Often during pet loss support groups, clients mention how deeply they appreciated receiving a condolence card from their veterinary practice after the loss of their pet. This thoughtful act validates that you care about the special bond your client shared with their beloved pet. Sending a sympathy card brings comfort and builds client loyalty.
My condolence cards have thoughtful yet tasteful images to help your practice convey your empathy on the loss of your clients companion. They are fully personalised with the practice logo, staff signatures and contact details.
All you need to do is supply the recipients name/s, the dogs name and any simple inscription to be added on the inside of the card. Not forgetting the address where the card is being sent to (the practice? or your client?). Then email me (Alex Benn at: alexbenn@foxercards.co.uk) the practices contact details, optional staff signatures and the vets practice logo for inclusion.
Lab / Flatcoat Dog Silhouette - Vets Sympathy Card
Please email me, Alex Benn at: alexbenn@foxercards.co.uk with your practice details and a clear, crisp of your practice logo for me to include. By return you will be emailed a 'proof' for your approval prior to being printed and posted.
VERY IMPORTANT: You need to state CLEARLY where the card is being sent to: i.e., to YOUR PRACTICE ... or ... DIRECT TO YOUR CLIENT?
If the sympathy card is being sent DIRECT to your client, YOU MUST SAY SO CLEARLY on your order ... ideally in CAPITAL LETTERS ... as the card will not be in its protective 'cello' wrapper that is normally the case when I send to a practice. If the order IS NOT CLEAR the sympathy card will be posted by default to the practice.
