WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?We deliver worldwide. Most orders for delivery outside the UK are despatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Service. If you are ordering personalised Christmas cards, an international courier service is normally used. The courier and the service used is determined by the country of destination.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVEDIf you selected our Standard delivery service, please allow five working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order. If you selected our First Class service, please allow two working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order. Please note that, if your order is too large to go through your letterbox, Royal Mail is meant to leave a card advising you that they have your order and will store it in your local distribution depot for you to collect. In the event that your order has not been delivered within these delivery times, as a first step please check with your local Royal Mail distribution depot. If it is not awaiting collection, please contact us to advise us that you have not received your order.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?You can choose to have your order delivered by 'next day' courier for an additional charge, please state this on your order or email me in advance of placing your order. Your order must be received before 1.00pm, as we need time to arrange collection. Whilst we will use a 'next day' service, delivery the following day cannot be 100% guaranteed. In addition, remote areas of the UK may not receive a next day service. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be sent for delivery on Monday, as Saturday deliveries are not available.

CAN YOU SEND A CARD FOR ME?Yes, simply click the 'Add handwritten message' under the 'Add' button on the design. You will then be asked to give the name and address of the recipient, the date you would like us to post it, and the message you would like us to handwrite inside. All handwritten message cards are sent first class (or by airmail if going abroad). If you place your order after 1pm, your card will be sent on the next available working day.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME I CAN ORDER?Orders placed and paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be processed and despatched that day. Orders that contain products that are to be personalised or ordered specially for you will not be despatched immediately. These orders may take up to seven working days.

HOW MANY CARDS DO I HAVE TO BUY?There is no minimum order ... you can buy a single card or as many cards as you would like.

CAN A BUSINESS ORDER CARDS?Yes. The minimum order quantity for printing a special message (and/or logo) is 30 cards. If you can't find what you are looking for, please get in touch!

ARTISTS - OR - DESIGNERS CONSIDERATIONWe would be delighted to hear from any artist or graphic designer who would like to submit their designs to us for consideration. We plan to further develop our own cards and gifts in the near future so please don’t hesitate to contact us and our buying team will respond as soon as they can.

RETURNSIf you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 7 days to the address below:- Returns Department FOXER CARDS Conifers Moor End Stibbard Norfolk NR210EJ United Kingdom Greetings Cards and other products: We will issue a full refund for the price of any item returned to us in its original condition. Unfortunately we will only refund return postage costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error or if the card is damaged. Personalised Cards: You may cancel an order for personalised cards at any time prior to proof approval. If you wish to cancel an order after this you must inform us immediately to enable us to try to stop the printing process. We will then take all necessary steps to minimise any financial liability on your part, but we must emphasise that, once the printing process has started you will be liable to pay in full for any part of your order which has been printed prior to your cancellation.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMESStandard orders: Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will usually be dispatched on the same day however due to the current COVID-19 situation and an increase in orders, this may not be the case. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Handwritten message card orders: Any orders placed using our handwritten message card service will be written and dispatched on the date requested by you when placing your order. Bulk orders: We may need additional stock to process your bulk order and this may take up to 7 working days. If we encounter any delays we will contact you. Personalised orders: Personalised card orders will begin the printing process once the proof is approved. We aim to email your proof to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days from proof approval. Please note, order processing times may be longer during busy periods. If there is a significant delay with your order we will contact you. We do our best to dispatch standard orders on the same day, but during busy periods they may be delayed until the following day.
